PMCI’s core competency area is in Oil and Gas Cross Country Pipelines. We support and advise clients at tender, on the best practices and solutions to adopt, giving them the competitive edge to efficiently utilize engineering and construction manpower, manage risk, meet business and commercial goals, leveraging PMCI’s in-depth knowledge in pipeline concept and design, specialist pipeline plant and equipment, hydrostatic testing, HDD works as well as Direct Pipe projects experience.
We assist clients with sourcing contractors, materials and equipment, whilst adopting the most efficient strategies, manage contractors performance, and monitoring each aspect of the project as if it were our own, with the goal of delivering an on-time, on budget, safe and viable pipeline system.
As part of PMCI’s project management process, we provide our clients with project and design review services to enhance and protect a project’s operability and/or profitability, to identify issues and risks which could potentially affect a project's viability.
Independent of our project development and project management services, we also provide project inspection and review of a client's existing projects/facilities to determine issues, if any, and propose recommendations with corresponding interventions.
Marine
Our consultants are experienced in marine design, construction and ship repair management.
We provide full turnkey Dry Docking services for Vessels and pre-inspections for Class Survey Renewals.
Other marine services include: Chartering of Vessels, Tugs, AHTS, OSV’s, PSV’s, DP2 Vessels, Flat Top Barges, Winch Anchor Systems, Shallow Water Lay Barges, Crane Barges, Shear Leg Barges, Semi Submersibles, SEP’s and LCT’s under a Bareboat, Barecon or Time Charter agreement, depending on our customers’ needs.
Civil
Our experience in building foundations, concrete works, steel structures, piling, bulk earthworks, construction/maintenance of roads, bridges, canals, and dams, coupled with our highly flexible approach and methodology, allows PMCI to tailor services to individual client requirements to deliver projects in a timely manner within budget.
Plant and Equipment
We offer innovative solutions for Plant and Equipment resulting in a more productive and safer working environment for Projects.
Our consultants have extensive knowledge and experience in Plant and Equipment Procurement, Leasing and Sales, with specific emphasis on Valuation and Disposal.
We also provide project budget estimates for Repair and Maintenance before, during and after project completion.
